We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2024, Bette J. Schmidt of Greece, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Durwood Schmidt (Bud); her son Donald; and her siblings, Elaine Hepler (Everett), Iva McCracken (Francis), Alice McGrane (Barry) and George Herman (Barbara).
She is survived by: her son Daniel (Janice); her grandsons, Cory (Tara) and Timothy (Jess); her cousin Isabelle Rodwell; her grandchildren, Tracy Carter (Scott) and Jason Schmidt (Sheryl); and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Madison, Emma and Elizabeth of Michigan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, loving family members, dear friends, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeview Community Church.
