He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Palmeri and Patricia Hutson Palmeri; his children, Frederick Palmeri III (Heather) of Republic, MO, Joseph Palmeri (Brooke) of Marston, MO, Michael Palmeri of Erie, PA, Angelo Palmeri of Salamanca, Natasha Kennedy of Sacramento, CA, Alexis Palmeri of Salamanca and Brooklynn Palmeri of Salamanca; his siblings, Anthony Palmeri of Olean, Heath Doberstein of Franklinville, Vivian Stephens and Tina Palmeri; his half-sister Laura Palmeri of Buffalo; and his son Brian Bivens. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a gathering will be held at a later date.
