She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Simmons and I. June Savage; her daughter Carol "Cookie"; her son-in-law Wayne Hogle; and her siblings, Veronica Golden, Maynard, Murl and Melvin Simmons.
She is survived by: her former husband Rupert Mullins; her husband Eugene Facey; her grandchildren, Murl (Carrie O'Dell), Glen (Patti) and Tina Hogle; and her nephew Walt Golden. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren.
