She is survived by: her spouse Bruce S. Phelps; and her grandsons, Bruce A. Phelps of Gilbert, AZ, Charles S., Allison L., Jared S. and Jaxson L. Phelps of Pocono Lake, PA.. She is also survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law.
