We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Lemuel L. Chapin (Gouverneur, New York), born in Edwards, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sally J. Patton; his children, Kenneth Chapin and Karen Chapin; and his siblings, Edwin, Aubrey, Merle and Janette Hight.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Chapin of Florida, Michael Chapin of Gouverneur, Judy Chapin of Florence, Nancy Chapin of Gouverneur and Barbara Chapin of Shortsville; and his sisters, Jean White of Syracuse and Mildred Chapin of Florida. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Lemuel's name to the Gouverneur Rescue Squad.
