It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. McIntosh of Gouverneur, New York, born in Edwards, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Q. McIntosh and Margaret E. McIntosh (Rice); his brothers, Steven and Lawrence McIntosh; and his granddaughter Angela McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen McIntosh; his children, Marcia, William Simmons, Theodore, Nichole McIntosh and Dean McIntosh; and his brothers, Cornelius Rice, James McIntosh, Peter McIntosh and Douglas McIntosh. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
