She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Ursino. She is survived by: her children, Dennis D. Ursino (Teresa) of Forest City, PA and Francine Niesolowski (Timothy) of Goshen, NY; her grandchildren, Anthony Ursino, Sierra Niesolowski and Dylan Ursino; her great grandchild Logan Ursino; her brother Dr. Frank D'Agostino (Joanne); and her niece Erica.
