He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick and Katherine Sites Flannery; his wife Eleanor C. Flannery; and his brother John Gordon Flannery. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline M. Soechting (Jay) of Kingston, NY, David J. Flannery of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Kevin A Flannery (Jacqueline) of Kent, OH and Shannon D. James (Andrez) of Middletown, NY; his grandchildren, Michael Nelson, Liana, Alaina James, Michael Soechting, Victoria Soechting, Joshua Soechting, Hannah and Lydia Flannery; and his sisters, Katherine Foerster of Highland Falls, NY and Barbara McKnight of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
