She is survived by: her children, Thomas M. Gooden of New York, Christopher J. Gooden of Texas and Felicia S. C. Gooden of New York; her grandchildren, Jamaar, Imani Gooden and Nia; her nieces, Michele Gilliard, Meredith Nixon (Agnes) and Johnna Downing; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Richele, Louis (Bear), Brian, Darrell, Curtis, LaTasha, Shaun (Lauren), Dominic, Harold, Percy, Donte, Joseph, Candice, Quianna, Angelica and Eboni.
