She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon F. Udall, Sr. and Clara E. Ashworth Udall; and her brother Gordon F. Udall, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Clifford E. Kelsey, Jr.; her children, Gwendolyn E. K. Bondi (James) of Albany, NY, Jeannine E. K. Tocco (Richard) of Pleasantville, NY and Russell C. Kelsey of Goshen; her grandchildren, Brooke E. Bondi Olds (Eric) of Schenectady, NY, J. Clifford Bondi of Schenectady, NY, Evelyn C. Tocco of Goodyear, AZ and Audrey J. Tocco of Greeley, CO; and her sister Lila J. Udall Ferris of Ogdensburgh, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
