It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph McCormack (Glen Head, New York), born in Flushing, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Kathleen McCormack (Robert Cruz); and his parents, Thomas McCormack and Dolores McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Ryan (Rachel), Megan, Kristin, Kevin and Michael; his siblings, Sean McCormack (Liz) and Rosemary Marcaccio (Michael); and his granddaughter Quinn McCormack.
The McCormack Family also requests that those attending the viewing and/or funeral please wear a mask to protect all loved ones.
