It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Peter McCarthy (Glen Cove, New York), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret McCarthy and Peter McCarthy. He is survived by: his sister Margaret; his pets, McDuff and Bonnie; his wife Jo; his children, Peter (Fran), Maura and Joyce; his grandchildren, Robert, Angela and Emily; his sister Pupchen; and also, Scottish, Shadow, Clyde, Rolo, Bluebell and Molly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
