He was predeceased by: his wife Leigh Ellen Thrasher (Damon); his parents, Dorothy Ley Witherell and Richard S. Thrasher; his stepfather Robert Witherell; and his aunts and uncles, Tom Thrasher, Mary Thrasher, Peggy Chiavetta and Sam Chiavetta.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Jones (Zach) of Denver, Shannon Glavey of Fredonia, Stacey Rae Thrasher of Fredonia and Scott R. Thrasher (Laura) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Tristan Moldenhauer, Grace, Payton Glavey, Evan and Jayden Jones; his brother John Thrasher (Mary); his close friend Paula Eaton of Dunkirk, N. Y.; and his pet Nina. He is also survived by the love of his life, other than his children.
