He is survived by: his brother Craig; his daughter Julia (Gabe); his wife Larisa; his brother Doug (Colleen) of Cassadaga; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Sarah, Burton (Sarah) and Craig (Laurel) of Fredonia; his great-nephews, Mark (Shannon), Dan (Lindsay), Ben (Amy), Nathan (Samantha) and Stephen; his nephew Seth of Tully, NY; his son Zach; his great-nieces, Lily and Hannah; his nephew Brian (Ann) of Dunkirk; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelsey, Lindsey, Sidney and Gabrielle; his sister-in-law Lorraine Koytrko; his niece Libby MacDougall (Jason); his sister-in-law Ksenia Deputat (Zennon); and his nieces and nephews, Myron and Jurji (Kathy).
