He was predeceased by: his sibling Janet Wells. He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn L. McMinn; his children, Jeffrey McMinn, Heather McMinn and Melinda McMinn; his sibling Richard McMinn; and his children, Attn Dr, Office Dr of Development and Rocky Point Dr.
Calls may be made Wednesday, February 21, 2018, from 4-6 pm at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia, where a memorial service will follow at 6:00 P.M.
