She is survived by: her husband Jack Berkley; her son Alex (Kayleigh); her grandchildren, Clemmie, Polly, Evan and Caroline; her mother Lenore Tetkowski; and her siblings, Neil Tetkowski (Olga) and Diane Pokorski (Ron). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a great-great niece.
