She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest DeLong and Margaret DeLong (Cave); her husband Robert M. Tadt; her brother Forest DeLong; and her sister-in-law Alberta Tadt.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy F. Tadt of Fredonia, Scott R. Tadt (Catherine) of Fredonia, N. Y. and Tracy Tadt of Cassadaga, N. Y.; her grandchildren, Eric Tadt of Texas, Alex Tadt of Fredonia, Dwayne Raymond of Cassadaga, Scot Drummond of Dunkirk, Katie Pendl (Jon) of Fredonia and Danille Raymond of Kansas City; her great grandchildren, Siyah Drummond of Fredonia and Elliot Grace Tadt of Texas; and her brother-in-law George Tadt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
