Sheldon of Fredonia, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Ora Vande Velde Lesch; his wife Nancy Parker Sheldon; and his stepsister Lora Lee Haines of Florida. He is survived by: his children, Holly Kimborowicz (Mark) of Chardon, Brent Sheldon (Nancy) of Jamestown and Bruce Sheldon (Gina) of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Ryan, Mackenzie Sheldon of Fredonia, Alison Kimborowicz (Ryan Groene) of Charleston, SC and Anna Kimborowicz (Alex Deems) of Dayton, OH; his stepgranddaughter Katie Musso (Eric) of Orchard Park; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Dylan and Ronan Musso.
The family suggests donations in Mr. Sheldon's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or the Chautauqua County Humane Society.Calling hours will be held Friday from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm at the LARSON-TIMKO Funeral Home, 20 Central Avenue, Fredonia.
