She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Mott and Dorothy Mott (Conrad); her husband Donald E. Hayes; and her friend Patricia Logan. She is survived by: her daughters, Valerie Lis (Mark) of Portland, NY and Julie Jackson of Northeast, PA; her sister Cheryl Kuppel (Bill) of Silver Creek; her grandchildren, Kathleen Gates (Josh) and Charlie Jackson (Julia); her great grandchildren, Draven Hemink, Zoey, Nicki, Jake Gates and Kingston Jackson; her nieces and nephews, Eric Kuppel (Melanie), James (Grace), Keith Frederickson (Mari), Lisa Kubiak (Shawn) and Tammy Unsoy (Ike); her sister-in-law Elaine Frederickson; her friend Pat Wild; and her pets, Chang, Mighty Mouse, Polly and Delilah.
