He is survived by: his daughters, Hannah and Caitlyn; his mother Florence Cybart; his wife Traci (Kubiak); his siblings, Paul (Marylyn), Mark (Cindy), Deborah Amidon (Paul) and Judy Westling (Rick); and his sister-in-law Jennifer Blair (James). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
