With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerome Spencer of Fredonia, New York, who passed away on July 3, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Earl Jr., John "Jack" Spencer and Sheila Spencer Kuehn; and his daughter Melinda "Mindy" Spencer Decker. He is survived by: his brother David Lee Spencer (Anne) of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Andrea Decker of Dunkirk, Taylor Decker (Alex Keech) of Fredonia, Philip Decker of Florida, Stephen and Jacob Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Kayden and Dominic Keech of Fredonia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
