She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Topliffe and Sarah Graybill Topliffe; her husband Jerome "Jerry" Spencer; her daughter Melinda "Mindy" Spencer Decker; and her brother John Spencer Topliffe.
She is survived by: her son Michael Spencer (Jennifer) of North Wilkesboro, NC; her grandchildren, Andrea Decker of Dunkirk, Taylor Decker (Alex Keech) of Fredonia, Philip Decker of Irving, Stephen and Jacob Spencer of North Wilkesboro, NC; her great grandchildren, Zoey of Fredonia, Kayden of Fredonia, Dominic of Fredonia and Sierra Keech of Fredonia; her siblings-in-law, David and Anne Spencer of Fredonia; and her close friends, Darrin and Nitida Paschke.
