It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Lawson of Fredonia, New York, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Levin and Abraham Levin; his wife Irene Kentner; his son Douglas Edwin Lawson; his sister Doris; and his brother-in-law Edward Poskanzer.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert George Lawson of Fredonia and David Allan Lawson (Lisa) of New Milford, Connecticut; and his grandchildren, Dr. Jennifer Ashley Lawson of New Haven and Benjamin Alexander Lawson (Susmita Gadre) of Boston Massachusetts.
