We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2021, Arthur L. Burns of Fredonia, New York, born in Ogdensburg, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Gerald Burns, Janet Tomassini, Jane Burns and Donald Burns; and his parents, Arthur Burns and Lena Burns (Mathews).

He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Burns of Fredonia, NY; and his grandchildren, Giacinte and Callie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations may be made in Arthur's memory to the Knights of Columbus, 721 Hasbrouck Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669.
