He is survived by: his parent Edna Palmer (Fisher); his child Tim; his wife Colleen Palmer; his children, Erika Rabine (Patrick) and Timothy; his grandchildren, Brooke Rabine, Brett Rabine and Lily Rabine; his siblings, Wendy Smith (Karl), Bernie Palmer (Joanne), Linda Breault (Dale), Nora Miller (Frank), William Palmer (Doreen), Clement Palmer (Hazel) and Michael Palmer (Stephanie); and his siblings-in-law, Noreen Reynolds (Keith), Theresa Murphy and John Murphy (Terry).
