He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kenneth Rabine, Sr. and Hazel Blackman; and his sister Deborah Pratt. He is survived by: his wife April Rabine; his children, Brittney Couture, Matthew Rabine, Dakota Bellanger, Jeramiah Rabine, Eleeka Rabine and Anthony Rabine; his stepfather Larry Blackman; his siblings, Dolores, Sheila, Sandy Rabine and Richard Rabine; and his grandsons, Logan Couture and Rhyson Kenneth Rabine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
