She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Smythe and Marie Smythe (Kelleher); her husband Donald Spaulding; her brothers, Goodman, Timothy, Patrick and John Peter Smythe; and her nephews, Timothy, Dennis, Michael, Nicholas and James Smythe.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Helen K. Smythe; her nieces and nephews, Patricia Laviana, Mary Claire Smythe, Anne Glover, John Patrick Smythe, Mary Borden, Mary Ellen McLaurin, Linda Smythe Benford, Diane Smythe, David and Danny; her great-niece Shelly Laviana; her brother Glens Falls; and her daughter Callie. She is also survived by several great nieces, nephews and cousins.
