He was predeceased by: his parent Louis Raprager; and his brothers, Butch Raprager and Gary Raprager. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Raprager (Austin); his significant other Pat Robertson; his children, Tommy Raprager, Cecil Raprager Jr., Carla Raprager, Angela Raprager, Tequila Jones, Venus Raprager, John Raprager and Cecil Johnson; his siblings, Herb Raprager, Dale Raprager, Carma Raprager and Lola Raprager; and his former wife Kim Raprager. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
