She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Taffare (Ruggiero) and Joseph Taffare; her husband Jack Barbasso; her siblings, Josephine Marshall, Ann Smith and Steven Taffare; her brothers-in-law, Peter Marshall and Eugene Smith; her neice Anne Marshall; and her nephew Joseph Marshall.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Marie Murphy (Bill), Jacqueline Ferrara (Stephen) and Jayne Muscat (John); her grandchildren, Keith Ferrara (Felicita), Justin Ferrara (Sara), Stephen Ferrara (Lauren), Joseph Muscat (Morgan) and Katelyn Tompkins (Justin); and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Julianna, Savannah, Luca, Hazel, Greyson Ferrara and Olivia Muscat.
In lieu of flowers the family asks any contributions be sent to Vitas Healthcare (hospice) 5912 W Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach Florida 33484, and to live life to the fullest.
