It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Belle Sperling (Forest Hills, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alex Scheinziet and Lillian Scheinziet; her children, Daniel, David, Jonathan and Devorah; and her husband Ben Sperling.

In lieu of flowers, our family requests that anyone so inclined make a donation to HIAS, the Jewish immigration organization that helps resettle refugees from throughout the world.
