He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Mairead; his parents, Jack O'Grady and Margaret O'Grady; and his brother Michael O'Grady. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen O'Grady; his children, Mary Feeney (Sean), Geraldine Luby, John O'Grady (Tricia), Patrick O'Grady (Maura) and Kathleen McBrien (Noel); his grandchildren, Sean, Erin, Katie, Brendan, Kevin, Ailish, Michael, Owen, Liam, Gavin, Jack, Patrick, Shane, Molly, Megan, Danny and Colin; his family Patrick; and his siblings, Ann Janocha, Elizabeth Mathews, John O'Grady and Mary Punch.
