He was predeceased by: his mother Zofia. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children-in-law, Andre, Alexandra, Alexander Gorgowicz, Adriana, Peter Diakovasilis, Jack and Olivia; and his son Andre.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church (10843 Sutphin Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11435).
