He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel B. Caccamise (Betty J. Bolsei). He is survived by: his children, Tracey Laird, Philip Bolsei Jr. (Judy), Daniel Bolsei, Julie Glaser (Matthew) and Corey Bolsei (Heather); and his siblings, Barbara Bassett (Patrick), John Bolsei (Kate) and Chris (George). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
