He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd H. Berardi and Harriett Lang Berardi. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Quataert Berardi; his sister Ellen Berardi Regan; his son Timothy Berardi; his grandchildren, Olivia Berardi and Alex Berardi; his daughter Sue Zak (Michael); his friends, John Regan, Bill Kelly, Dick Powers, Joe Sanfilippo and Joe Sinacori; his siblings, Don, Phyllis, Pam, Mike, Pete, Bob and Helen; his brothers-in-law, Michael and Donald Quataert; and his son-in-law Michael.
