He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Geraldine Harper, Sr. (Carroll); and his daughter Katie. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dwyer Harper; his sons, Brian Dwyer Harper (Erica DaCosta), Kevin Matthew Harper and Cormac James Harper; his granddaughter MacKenzie Aurora Harper; and his siblings, James (Betty Ann), Dan (Laura), David (Nancy), Christopher, Sheila Colombo (Bill), Bill Dwyer (Lynn Doucet) and Beth Bunce (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
