He was predeceased by: his parents, James Green and Barbara Green; and his niece Kelly Howie. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Green and Alex Green; the mother of his children Michelle Cooley; his sisters, Judy Howie (Larry) and Karen Huff (Anthony); his nieces, Kristin Greeley (Christopher) and Emilia Huff; and also Vincent Huff.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeff's memory may be made to the Rochester City Soccer League or the Villa of Hope.
