It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald W. Frase (Fairport, New York), who passed away on September 8, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Herbeck; and his wife Josephine Clifford. He is survived by: his children, Mark Frase (late Janet) and Rebecca Nickel (Mark); his grandchildren, Nicole Thomas (Otis), Sarah Boorsma (Jeff), Allison Anderson (Bryan), Joshua Pedraza (Anna), Noah Frase and Rocky Columbo; and his brother James Frase.
