He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Palmer and Susan Hollenbeck Palmer; and his sisters, Lily Mae J. Gray and Marie Michalak. He is survived by: his children, Jean Miller (Chris) of Oneida, N. Y. and James Palmer (Amanda) of Elmira Heights; his brother Donald Palmer of Erin; and his aunt Eleanor Andrus (Palmer) of Horseheads. He is also survived by several nieces, grandnieces, nephews, grandnephews; and cousins.
