She was predeceased by: her mother Bertha Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Scott Wheeler; her daughters, Olivia and Andrea Douglas; her stepchildren, Kennedy and Kaden Wheeler; her father Donald Phillips; and her siblings, Carol Peters, Dan and Marc Phillips.
