He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allan and Elizabeth Allan (Walker); his son James; and his siblings, Alyce Gorey, Elizabeth Devine and Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Barbara Gipe, William (Jeanne), Michael (Lauren), Richard and Patricia Casarella (Dan); and his brother David Allan (Louise) of Thornwood, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
