He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Leanora (Locker); his wife Doris; and his siblings, Russell, Roen and Jerry.

He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Dean (Douglas), James J. McGraw (Debbie), John McGraw (Loril), Candice Percopo (Dennis), Jill Malone (John) and Scott McGraw (Jenifer). He is also survived by great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
