He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene Taylor and Myrtle Higgins Taylor; his former wife Samantha Ann Hetrick Taylor; and his wife Ann T. Salbego Taylor. He is survived by: his son Franklin; his daughter-in-law Glenice Taylor of Dripping Springs, Texas; his daughter Susan Taylor of Elmira Heights, NY; his stepchildren, Michael (Kathleen Zito), Theresa (David Henderson), Gina Zito of Elmira, NY, Phillip (Rose Zito), Mark Zito of Texas and Lori (David Loope); and his half-sister Cathy Stephens. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
