He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Evans and Lorraine Evans (Kimball); and his son-in-law James M. Tucker. He is survived by: his pets, Odie, Charlie and Bella; his wife Shirley A. Evans of Elmira Heights; his children, Brenda Tucker of Elmira Heights, Debbie Watson (Mike) of Concord, NC, Ray Evans (Shawna) of Concord, NC and Kathy Glyvin of Waukesha, WI; his siblings, Sharon Bennett of Elmira, June Wilson of Elmira, Shirley Comfort of Maryland and Ron Evans (Jennifer) of Corning; his grandchildren, Matthew Hauck (Samantha) of Elmira Heights, Jay Vanderhoff of Elmira Heights, Virginia Wolfe (Zach) of Cary, NC, Aaron Vanderhoff (Nesh) of Toronto and Michael Evans of Concord, NC; his great grandchildren, Deegan Hauck, Bayleigh Vanderhoff and Zenaid Vanderhoff-Pillay; and his friend Garth Rumsmoke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
