He is survived by: his children, Brian Campbell, Penny Adams of Golden Glow, William Campbell, Colleen and Scott Hetrick of Elmira Heights, NY; his sister Bonnie Dyer (Kenneth) of Elmira; and his brother-in-law James Clearwater of Erin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of caring friends.
