Clark (Annette); his brothers, Kristopher Clark (Jodi) and Keith Clark (Monika); his grandchildren, Kira, Martina, Anjalina, Cinthia, Paige, Tatum, Braymon, Louis (LT), Daniel, Christian, Stephen, Kaily, Gracie, Talon, Easton and Conner; and his great grandchild Loretta Lee.
