He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Roe and Bessie Roe; his nephew Steven Roe (Alan Nower); and his sister Betty Kniskern. He is survived by: his grandsons, Robby and Chris; his children, Charlena Decker (Fred), Jeremiah Roe, Z. David Roe and Joshua Roe; his grandsons, Robert Cape and Christopher Decker; and his close friends, Ernie Mannebach and Wendy Barber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
