He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bolton and Elizabeth Bolton; and his brothers-in-law, Rob Cornnell and David Mann Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Bolton (Mann); his children, Amanda Brizzell (Matt) and Caleb Bolton; his stepson Joseph Santiago Jr.; his siblings, Cindy Cornnell (Rob), Dawn Slentz (Marty), Lisa McCall (Russ) and Scott Bolton (Jen); his siblings-in-law, Cathleen Mann Gonsalves (John) and Mitchell Mann (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Charlie, Elizabeth (Peanut), Brizzell, Aayliah, Layne and Liam Santiago. He is also survived by His uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
