He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Decker. He is survived by: his father William Skiver of Maples, NY; his daughter Andrea Cason (Sean) of Westfield, IN; his siblings, David Skiver (Bonny) of Palmer, MA, Donna Duhan (Tom) of Maples, NY, Sue Minin (Ron) of Spring, TX and Barb Hallquist (Harry) of Erlanger, KY.; and his grandchildren, Peyton, MacKenzie and Zoe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
