Zulick, Jr.; her children, Candice Anderson (Michael), Malachi, Jaclyn Walker (Peter Swacha) and Angelo Walker; her siblings, Craig Kirby (Laura), Bill Kirby (Suzanne), Larry Kirby (late Claudia), Marilyn Davis (Keith) and Madilyn Hillier (Michael); her brother-in-law Ken Lemmon; and also, P. J., David Sager, Richard D. Zulick, Sr., Darlene Lemmon, Billy Sager, Jr. and Roswell Park. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of the loving life of Tammy, donations may be made to Roswell Park, St. Jude's Hospital or Ovarian Cancer Research.
