She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louise Anzalone and Russell; her husband Douglas Kozlowski; her son Steven Dietzen (Gretchen); her grandchildren, Kyle (Johannah Kerrigan), Aiden, Alexander and Ethan Dietzen; and her siblings, Russell Anzalone (Patricia), David Anzalone, Karen Rahl (late Donald), William Anzalone, Roseann Anzalone and Joseph Anzalone (Caroline). She was also cherished by 5 nieces, 6 nephews, 8 great nieces and 5 great nephews.
